Kindergarten students create words out of Wikki Stix!
First Friends preschoolers prepare for kindergarten by practicing how to properly hold a writing tool and form shapes and letters!
During choice time, a few of Miss Harrington’s students used building materials to create their own mushroom structures. Using terms learned from Mystery Doug, they were able to describe their mushrooms and indicate if they were poisonous or not.
First graders have really enjoyed working with kindergarten during math pals. A recent favorite math pals activity was a race to 100 tally game!
In Health/Wellness, Mrs. Parker teaches students how to safely maneuver objects with a hockey stick while staying in control.
HES students showed their creativity while they rotated through different art projects on Art Day. From kites and stained glass, to bird nests and flowers, students had such a good time!
